For pre-designed invitations and party accessories where we print, please allow up to 10 business days before shipping. This allows time for proofs, revisions, printing and assembling. It is best to check each listing for a current estimated completion time. For printable items, a .pdf will be emailed to you within 3 business days of supplying your information for personalization on weekdays. Orders placed after 5 on Friday, or Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until Monday.

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED BASED ON PARTY DATE NOT ORDER DATE. I only ship to the US right now. All packages are shipped via USPS using Priority Mai or UPS Ground. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. I am NOT responsible for lost, damaged, and/or undeliverable mail. Insurance is highly recommended on all orders for an additional fee. Customer should inquire if they would like insurance added to their order.

Payment is due at time of sale. If you need to make other arrangements please contact me. If no payment is received within 7 days then your order will be canceled. NO ORDER IS CREATED OR SHIPPED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE AND CLEARED THROUGH PAYPAL.
